The Greek word “Sozo” in scripture means to “save, deliver, and heal.” Scripture says that Jesus paid for our healing. At Restoration Church, we believe it is God’s will to heal you at all levels: spiritually, physically, emotionally, and relationally.
The gospel is not just for preaching. Paul said in 1 Thessalonians 1:5
Our gospel came to you not simply with words but also with power, with the Holy Spirit and deep conviction.
Many people question if God wants to heal them or how they may be healed. We believe that God is a good God who loves to heal and, for us, the mandate is: how can we help you walk out that healing that you need?
We are a church that has witnessed God’s miraculous power by seeing people healed. We believe in praying for healing for those in need; and we teach that God can use anyone to help bring healing to the hurting.
We are passionate about helping people walk out their healing. In scripture, we see that the manifestation of healing comes in different ways: Jesus healed by speaking, touching, and even by making mud and putting it on a blind man’s eyes.
